It is aimed to track situations from the central and perform reporting within the process from beginning to the end while carrying valuable goods in a special security needed box/bag.

The system allows tracking the good via the related route and the location with its geographical coordinates, over the GPS and GPRS hardware within the process from receiving to delivering the good It also allows reporting. In this way, the box/bag is always kept controlled.

Need

• In the case of request from a central server, special authorization is made via one-time password generated, for each box / bag. The authorized person allows opening the electronic lock by typing appropriate password information to the device on the box/bag. As an additional security approach, an electronic card reader can be assmbled to the box/bag. In this case, the electronic lock can be opened via only correct password and card reader.
• The information of opening the box/bag is tracked and reported by the center in any structure and form.

Benefit

• The box/bag authoritative wants password from the server and the server sends a password to the box/bag authoritative.
• The server send the wanted password to the authoritative’s mobile phone.
• The box/bag authoritative types the password via keypad. He / she can also use the RF-ID card to enable dual controlling.
• If the ID numbers of password and the card, the cap of the box/bag is opened and the data is returned to the server.

Solution

Single-run encrypted mobile electronic lock system is formed by two main components:
1. High secure management server can perform management, authorization and control functions.
2. Electronic lock controlled box/bag.
